How to place your order

1. Send us your request : Contact us at lgf.commissions@gmail.com . Be as specific as possible (size, style, colors, inspirations) so we can create a work that perfectly suits you.

2. Validation and production : Once the details are validated, we will start creating your personalized work. The production time is generally 1 to 2 weeks (excluding delivery time).

3. Delivery : Once the artwork is finalized, it will be printed, framed and delivered free of charge .

Cancellation and Refund Conditions

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that, in the event of cancellation, an amount of €50 will be retained to cover the work costs incurred, and the remainder will be refunded to you.

For custom orders, production typically takes 1-2 weeks . Once the artwork is finalized, it is printed, framed, and delivered. Delivery times vary from 5-10 business days depending on your location.

Our works are protected by unbreakable plexiglass that preserves the colors and details. To maintain them, dust the frame regularly with a soft cloth and avoid exposing it to direct sunlight to maintain the intensity of the colors.
